CheapRX.AI is a free comparison site. We do not dispense medication. When you click through to a partner site — like Cost Plus Drugs, cheaprx.com, or Amazon Pharmacy — you are transacting directly with that company.

Affiliate relationships

We participate in affiliate programs with several of the destinations we link to, including Amazon Associates and cheaprx.com. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate commissions help us keep this site free and ad-light. They do not change the prices you pay, and they do not change the order in which we display price-comparison results — results are always sorted lowest-price first.

FTC compliance

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), we disclose that some links on this site are affiliate links and that we may receive compensation for clicks and/or purchases made through them.

Editorial independence

We choose which pharmacies, programs, and products to feature based on what we believe is most useful to consumers. We are not paid to write blog posts, recommend specific medications, or rank partners more favorably.

Live prices vs. partner links

The only pharmacy whose price we display directly is Cost Plus Drugs, fetched live from their public API. For other sources we link out so you see the partner's own pricing — we don't want to display stale or guess-quality numbers.
